CHAKRA TUNING WORKSHOP
WITH BEC LAYTON
The chakras are like lenses through which we see the world. A yogic system that helps us understand ourselves and settle what has to be resolved in order to restore balance to our lives.
Bec will lead you on a two-hour journey through the chakras with a dynamic flow, followed by sound healing and meditation. You can anticipate moving, breathing, chanting, diving deep, and clearing energetic channels.
