BEC LAYTON
Bec is a vinyasa and yin yoga, meditation and breathwork teacher, bodyworker and Sekhem energy practitioner.
She has completed over 700+hrs of training under the guidance of teachers Noelle Connolly, Maty Ezraty, Janet Stone, Mark Haviland, Duncan Parviainen, Cassie Lee and more. For more than 6 years Bec has been teaching studio classes and workshops, developing a style that honours creative expression and devotion to self.
Bec shares from the depth of her own practice, the eight-limbed path of yoga, her creative approach to asana and alignment, and her reverence for devotional and heart-centred yoga. With a powerful yet gentle approach to her teaching, she guides students to explore the tensions between stillness and movement, and the connections between body, mind and spirit. The dedication to teaching is driven by her desire to help others journey back to wholeness, with simple practical tools that can be implemented into every day.
Mele Hafoka
As a yoga teacher, Mele’s mission is to create a welcoming and inclusive space for everyone, regardless of their age, body type, or ability. She believes that yoga is for everybody and every body. Mele strives to create a sense of community within her classes, where individuals can feel supported and encouraged on their own unique yoga journey.
Through her teaching, she aims to inspire her students to cultivate self-awareness, mindfulness, and inner strength. She emphasises the importance of connecting breath with movement and encourages students to explore their edges while honouring their bodies.
